A Nara Baby alternative
Gaia is a free iPhone baby tracker for the family record you will keep for years. Import feeds, diapers, sleep, pumping, growth and milestones from Nara Baby with their original dates and units, then give every caregiver their own login.
Reviewed against Nara’s current App Store listing.
Bring your data across
Feeds, diapers, sleep, pumping, growth and milestones come over with the dates and units they were recorded in. The file is read on this phone.
Nara exports one baby at a time.
Safe to run twice without doubling your log.
Nara gives you a CSV. Gaia reads it locally, shows what it found, and only adds the entries after you approve the preview. Importing does not alter or delete the copy in Nara.

Choose the file. Gaia recognises Nara’s columns and lets you check dates, amounts and entry types before saving.
Add the other caregivers with separate accounts. Running the same import again is safe: existing entries are not doubled.

The import is built around the record, not just a headline total. Gaia keeps the detail that makes an old day understandable later.
The imported record joins the same shared timeline as everything your family logs next. It becomes useful context for today, recent patterns and growth — not an archive in a separate corner.
Each caregiver logs in as themselves, and the history shows who made every entry.

The log is the part you use every day. Gaia keeps that record shared, attributable and free.
No renewal hanging over the history. Gaia is free, including the shared log, patterns, growth and importing.
Every caregiver is visible. Separate accounts keep the handover clearer than passing one family login around.
The move is reversible. Importing into Gaia does not touch Nara’s copy. Pregnancy, postpartum or Apple Watch support remain the edge cases to check before leaving.
